Our NRFSP Food Safety Manager Certification Training Program equips food managers with the knowledge required to maintain a safe food culture while protecting customers from foodborne illnesses. Prior training before the examination is not required, but highly recommended to fully prepare the Manager for the rather challenging certification examination.

We offer training and examination in either English or Spanish.

Certification examination:

    • Manager must successfully pass examination of 80 questions to receive certification;
    • Certification is valid for up to 5 years;
    • Different states and jurisdictions have different regulations and requirements regarding the food manager certification. Be sure to check your state regulations.
